Refund policy

All of our products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out through our Contact page within 7 days. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description. After review, we will offer either a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Non-Returnable Items

While we do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items, wrong size or color selections, sale items, or gift cards — your satisfaction is our priority.

Note: If there is any issue with print quality, damage, or your order in general, we are here to help. Contact us through our Contact page first and we will guide you. We offer a resend or full refund for any verified issue.

Exchanges

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not offer traditional exchanges. Issues covered under the damaged or defective items policy will be resolved through replacement or refund after review.

Return Address

If a return is required, please reach out through our Contact page and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank or card processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out through our Contact page.
